We are currently operating under our 'Spring/Summer Hours' Schedule. 

We will be running our next Level 1 course on Wed. Feb. 15th & Wed. Feb. 16th at 7pm each night.  Attendance both nights is required to complete the Level 1 course.  Bring your bike so that you know exactly how to perform these services on it & learn any spefics that your bike might require.

Totally Spoke'd&Park Tools have come together to bring you The Park Tools School.  Learn how to perform some of the most common bike repair techniques on your own bicycle from the pros here at Totally Spoke'd.

Level 1 Class topics include: Tire&Tube Repair, Chain Repair&Maintenence, Bike Cleaning&Inspection.
Course fee of $85 includes all three classes & the course text book -  Park Tools Big Blue Book of Bicycle Repair.

Level 2 Class topic:  Setting up a shift system.  
Course fee is $85 & includes new shift cables & housings.  Pre-requesite is Level 1 course.

With summer winding down and the days getting shorter, one way to stay on your bike in the cold, dark months ahead is to attach your bike to an indoor trainer and spin away the winter blahs.
We have received our shipment of cyclo-trainers and would like to share a demo video from Kurt Kinetics about their fluid trainers.

On Saturday May 29th, 2010 from 12pm - 1pm we had the pleasure of hosting Ryan Leech&his Trials of Life Show here at Totally Spoke'd.  Almost as impressive as his skills on the bike was how long he took with everybody at the autograph session!
It was a truly great weekend & he totally loved Stratford!
